Weather-In THOW
Going from basic THOW frame we will now completely weather in the home. This includes and is limited to; exterior siding, windows, doors/slider, 2×4 studs inlaid on trailer decking for electrical and plumbing, metal roof, exterior seal and caulk. Client completes all other trade work, painting, rough-in electrical, plumbing, HVAC in addition to all remaining carpentry with final fixtures and finishes. Our builds include 4 season construction, all windows are Miami-Dade hurricane rated; metal roof with pattern roofing, cabinetry with soft close drawers. Exterior siding is normally done in Hardie board; our builds are built to Florida Build Code requirements. We budget for higher end products; pricing can drop significantly based on fixtures and finishes.
